As an Area Director for a network of Physical Therapy clinics in the Charlottesville, VA area I began working with Julia - our Talent Acquisition Manager - in a very difficult situation. Her position was vacant prior to her starting with our company as a result of the prior TA manager’s performance being inadequate.
